Ekky Archibong - Creative Director, UK

Ekky,the founder of Neomari Beadcraft Training Services,  was born in Japan and as a young child has lived in Mali, Nigeria, Kenya and Iran.

She holds a certificate in Polish Language, and a Masters Degree in Cultural Studies and Theatre Management, and an IBA Business Counselling Certificate.

She is a SFEDI accredited business adviser for social enterprises and the creative sector. She is also a member of the Institute of Leadership Management and a Social Enterprise East of England Director.

Ekky speaks fluent Polish, French and Ibibio (her native Nigerian language).

She is dedicated to facilitating empowerment for individuals and organisations especially at grassroot levels and encouraging the  development of social enterprise awareness and support. She has a keen interest in business, creative and cultural exchanges between the UK, Africa and Eastern Europe.

Ekky has written and delivered various Beadcraft and Business development courses in London, Hertfordshire and Poland and is a keen jewellery maker and international business woman. 

 

Ekky is dynamic and enjoys working with people. She has strong interpersonal skills and a love of culture and creativity. She values honesty and integrity. 
 

 
 
Ayoka Tamuno - Training Director, Poland

Ayoka coordinates the companies training and networking programmes in Slovakia and Easten Europe. She holds a Masters degree in International Relations from the University of Warsaw and has written various research papers about family support programmes in Nigeria, under the Institute of Developing countries at the same university.
She speaks fluent Polish and Okrika, and has been influential in building ties with women's organisations in West Africa.
Her skills lie in delivering a range of personal development and communication skills training especially within the creative industry in Africa.
 Ayoka is also the co founder of PAWDA, an organisation set up to promote womens creative social enterprises in Africa.

Rosie Goma- Apprentice, UK

Rosie is a keen apprentice who has worked in the fashion industry from retail to marketing in Paris and the UK. She joined us predominantly because of her passion for gemstones and crystals. During the course of her apprenticeship she has now discovered a talent in jewellery making which as enabled her to create a collection whih she hopes to launch in he future. She is now studying in Hatton Gardens, for a Gemology qualification. Rosie speaks fluent French and loves Rock music.
